农村居民食品安全意识调查与分析——基于河南省的实证分析

Rural Residents' Food Safety Aawareness Survey and Analysis——Based on Empirical Analysis of Henan Province

国以民为本,民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全和每一个人切身利益相关,而和城市居民相比,由于各种原因农村居民的食品安全意识令人堪忧。因此,本文采用问卷调查的方法,对河南省农村居民对食品安全的态度、行为和认知水平进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了分析。

Country with civilian for this, hunger breeds discontentment ,fresh to the first. Food safety and the interests of each individual, and city residents, due to various reasons, the rural residents＂ food safety consciousness of worrying. Therefore, in this paper, using the method of questionnaire survey, to Henan Province Rural Residents＇food safety attitudes, behavior and cognitive levels were investiga- ted, and the results were analyzed.
