Analysis of the Capital Operation Strategic Planning in the Port Enterprise

通过对影响港口企业价值的四个因素进行分析,提出了港口企业价值的"金字塔"模型,在此基础上按照区位优势、腹地经济和企业发展的阶段三个标准把港口企业分为八类,以此作为港口企业资本运营战略规划的依据,本为认为港口企业的资本运营战略规划应结合港口行业的特点和企业自身的条件,选择合适的资本运营思路和策略。

In this paper,through the analysis of the influence of port enterprise value of the four factors, put forward haven enterprise value of the＂ Pyramid model＂. On this basis,Port company is divided into eight categories according to area advantage,hinterland econ- omy and enterprise development stage and as a way of capital operation in the port enterprise strategic planning. This is the view port en- terprises capital operation strategic planning should be combined with the port industry characteristic and enterprise oneself condition, choosing the right capital operation train of thought and strategy.
