An Overview of Low-Carbon Economy Research Situation

"低碳经济"是继工业化和信息化之后,人类经济面临的又一场革命。这一崭新的理念倡导人类开启新的消费方式和新的生产方式,国家进行新的战略选择。从"低碳经济"这一概念明确提出至今,学术界就这一问题进行了深入探讨,本文旨在对目前关于低碳经济的理念基于个人、企业、国家三个层次的国内外研究状况进行梳理。

Following the industrialization and informationalization, human economy faces another Revolution-low-carbon economy. This new philosophy advocates human opens new ways of consumption and production, and new strategic choice are also needed for a coun- try. From this concept clearly to the present, academics had in-depth discussions on this issue, this article is designed to present the ide- as of low-carbon economy from three levels ： individuals, enterprises and national.
