放化疗联合治疗肺癌脑转移患者的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Lung Cancer Patients with Brain Metastasis Accepting Radio-Chemotherapy

目的:探讨放化疗联合治疗肺癌脑转移的不良反应及临床护理方法。方法:对2009年4月至2012年2月在我科行放化疗联合治疗的32例肺癌脑转移患者,给予针对性护理。结果:32例肺癌脑转移患者均顺利完成2个周期化疗及全脑放疗,放疗剂量为DT30Gy～50Gy/15f～25f。出现的不良反应主要为恶心、呕吐,骨髓抑制,仅2例出现Ⅳ度骨髓抑制。结论:放化疗期间采取有效的护理措施,能降低放化疗并发症的发生率,减轻症状,使患者能以良好的心理状态接受治疗,提高身体对近期不良反应的耐受性,改善了生活质量。

Objective： To explore the side effects and clinical nursing methods of lung cancer patients with brain metastasis who accepted radio-chemotherapy. Methods： Thirty-two lung cancer patients with brain metastasis in our hospital accepted radiochemotherapy during April 2009 to February 2012. Specific nursing was given accordingly. Results： All patients completed 2 cycles of chemotherapy and whole brain radiotherapy （dose： DT30 - 50Gy/15 - 25f） under effective nursing. Side effects included nausea, omitting, and bone marrow suppression （BMS）. Among the patients who got BMS, only 2 reached level IV. Conclusion： Scientific nursing methods can effectively decrease side effects of radio-chemotherapy and alleviate symptom of lung cancer patients with brain metastasis. It can also help patients take positive attitudes towards treatments as well as improve their tolerance to side effects and ameliorate patients＇ life quality.
