摘要
采用氩弧熔覆工艺在 Q2 3 5基材上熔覆 Ni3 5B-Si C、Ni3 5B-Co包 WC、Fe-Cr-Si-B系合金 ,比较各种材料的熔覆层的显微组织、物相形貌、相结构和力学性能。研究了熔覆层的强化与熔覆材料之间的对应关系 。
Series of Ni35B SiC,Ni35B Co coated WC and Fe Cr Si B alloy were coated on Q235 steel substrates by means of argon arc cladding. The microstructure and the morphology and the phases of structure involved as well as the mechanical properties were compared. The relationship between the strengthening and the cladding materials was studied, and it is shown that a superfine network structure of intermetallic compound was more efficient in the improvement of the wear resistance of the cladding layer.
