摘要
研究了某镀铬优质衬管钢射击后的烧蚀情况 ,作了电镀和金相观察 ;计算了火药燃气的温度 ,并根据实弹射击过程 ,模拟了枪管所承受的温度变化历程。温度的计算结果能很好地解释试验结果 ,表明根据枪管材料是否发生相变来验证温度计算是正确的。最后 。
The erosion of a high quality alloy plating chromium is observed by means of SEM and optics microscope. The temperature of the propellant gases is given, also with the temperature journey of gun barrel according to a firing schedule. The computation results of temperature can well fit to the observation, this indicates that verification of the temperature computation through phase treansition is practically meaningful. Finally, reasons of failure of gun barrel are analyzed.
