摘要
分析近年来人工膝关节置换(TKA)病人疼痛控制的现状,认为TKA病人疼痛控制需要多专业之间加强合作,重视护士在TKA病人疼痛控制过程中的作用,建立TKA病人系统的全程疼痛管理方案以指导临床护理工作。
It analyzed the status quo of pain control in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty （TKA） in recent years,and thought that it needed to strengthen cooperation among many professions to control pain in TKA patients, pay attention to the function of nurses in the process of pain con- trol of TKA patients, and establish systematic and full pain management program of TKA patients so as to guide clinical pain nursing work.
