三型胆道气囊导管的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF THREE NEW TYPES OFBILE DUCTAL BALLOON CATHETERS

自1986年以来，我们设计研制的三型胆道气囊导管，采用6种置管途径与创新手术方式，经78例临床观察，按临床疗效标准评定随访结果，优72％、良20％、差8％，无手术死亡及严重并发症，效果满意。文中对该管的材料结构、置管途径与新术式、适应症和临床应用等作了较详细的阐述。认为该管在治疗良恶性肝胆管狭窄或并结石、胆道出血等有独到之处；还可用于胆汁分泌量与胆道压力测定等，值得临床推广应用。

The authors has performed bile duct catheterigation on 78 patients with three types cf balloon catheters by six different introducing routes and operation technics. Followup study showed the clinical result was excellent in 72%(36/50) and good in 20% (10/50) of the cases. The result was poor in 8%(4/50). No operation mortality nor serious complications enchantered. The catheters were designed by the authors, and the structure and materials of the catheters, the intriduction routes, also the operation technics are described. They have been used since 1986, with satisfactory results. The authors necommend its use in treatment in benign or malignant hepatobiliary strictures, with or without stones or ductal bleeding. They are also useful in measuring bile secretion volume and ductal pressure.
