蒲公英辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on effects of Herba taraxaci in auxiliary treatment of periodontitis

目的评价蒲公英辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法将80例牙周炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(40例)采用基础治疗,观察组(40例)采用蒲公英辅助基础治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后2周,观察组患者的辅助治疗总有效率为95%,对照组患者的辅助治疗总有效率为75%。两组辅助治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用蒲公英局部辅助治疗牙周炎,能够有效地改善临床症状,提高牙周炎治疗的效果,值得在广大基层医院推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Herba taraxaci as the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic periodontal diseases were randomly divided into the observation group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）.Following initial therapy,Herba taraxaci was applied to the observation group,but the control group received only basic treatment.Some detection indexes were observed before treatment and in 2 weeks after treatment.Results After 2-week treatment,both groups showed improvement in their examined indexes.The total effectice rate of auxiliary treatment in the observation group was 95%,which in the control group was 75%.The results of the observation group were better than those of the control group,showing statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Herba taraxaci as the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and increase the curative effect,which is worth to be used widely in basic-level hospitals.
