中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察及护理

Effective observation and nursing on TCM fumigation in treating lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及护理要点。方法将40例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组(手法、牵引、药物配合中药腰部熏蒸治疗)和对照组(手法、牵引、药物治疗)各20例。结果治疗组通过配合中药熏蒸治疗1个疗程后,其总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为80%,无论是腰背部、臀部、双下肢疼痛还是双下肢麻木改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸是一种安全、有效、患者易接受的新方法,通过有效的护理措施,中药熏蒸疗效肯定,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective To investigasle the clinical effects and nursing main points of TCM fumigation in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 40 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with manipulation, traction, medication and coordinated with Chinese herb fumigation in the waist region, and the control groupwas treated with manipulation,traction and medication. One course of treatment was 14 d. Results After a course of treatment, the pain improvement of the back and waist, the buttock and lower limbs or the numbness improvement of lower limbs in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group,difference showing statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is a safe,effective and acceptable new method,and its effects is definite by effective nursing measures, which is worthy of being popularized in basic-level hospitals.
