经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗Ⅳ度高危良性前列腺增生 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极前列腺电切术(PKVP)治疗Ⅳ度高危良性前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性和有效性。方法采用PKVP治疗Ⅳ度高危BPH患者50例。结果 50例患者术中出血少,无前列腺电切综合征和闭孔神经反射发生。术后随访1~6个月,最大尿流率(Qmax)由术前的(6.5±4.2)mL/s升高至术后的(27.5±4.1)mL/s;国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由(26.8±3.5)分降低至(6.8±2.1)分;生活质量评分(QOL)由(5.0±0.5)分降低至(2.0±0.5)分;残余尿量由(186±30)mL减少至(25±10)mL。结论 PKVP具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切等优点。 Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate(PKVP) in treating degree Ⅳ high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 50 cases of degree Ⅳ high risk BPH were treated by PKVP.Results 50 cases had less intraoperative blood loss without transurethral resection syndrome and obturator nerve reflex occurrence.postoperative follow up lasted for 1-6 months.The maximum flow rate was increased from(6.5±4.2) mL/s before operation to(27.5±4.1) mL/s after operation.The IPSS scores were decreased from 26.8±3.5 before operation to 6.8±2.1 after operation and the QOL scores were decreased from 5.0±0.5 to 2±0.5.The residual urine volume was decreased from(186±30)mL to(2±10)mL.Conclusion PKVP has the advantages of high safety,less complications and definite efficacy.
