舒适护理在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用

Application of comfort care in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma

目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法将该院2010年10月至2011年12月收治的36例进行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组与舒适护理组,对照组采取常规护理,舒适护理组在常规护理基础上进行舒适护理。结果通过手术前、中、后的舒适护理,对患者生理康复和心理改善方面都取得了较好的效果,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后对患者进行随访,患者满意度达到98.0%。结论腹腔镜下直肠癌根治手术患者进行舒适护理提高了患者的康复率与满意度,是一种值得临床推广的护理方法。

Objective To explore the application effects of comfort care in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Methods We analyzed retrospectively the clinical data in 36 cases of laparoscopie radical operation for rectal cancer from October 2010 to December 2011. Results Through the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative comfort care,the physical rehabilitation and psychological improvements obtained better elects. The rate of satisfaction reached 99.0% during patients＇ postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Comfort care in laparoseopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma increases the rehabilitation rate and satisfaction of the patients, and is a clinical nursing method worth of popularization.
