摘要
以1-正丁基-3-甲基氯代咪唑为溶剂,酸性离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基硫酸氢根代咪唑([bmim]HSO4)为催化剂,考察了溶解时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、水量等因素对纤维素水解的影响.结果表明,[bmim]HSO4具有良好的催化效果,当催化剂用量为1.5 g,水量为0.1 mL,反应温度为90℃时,反应80 min,还原糖收率可以达到92%.
Hydrolysis of cellulose was carried out in 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride catalyzed by acidic ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([ bmim ] HSO4 ). Reaction results showed that these parameters including the pre-dissolving time for cellulose, the reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst and water remarkably affected the hydrolysis of cellulose to the reduced sugar. Ninety two percent yield of reduced sugar was obtained by 1.5 g of catalyst and 0.1 mL of water at 90 ℃ with 80 rain of reaction time.
