摘要
目的:检测皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CMM)组织中Kiss-1和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测42例CMM、20例皮肤交界痣及20例正常皮肤组织中Kiss-1及MMP-9蛋白的表达,探讨其与CMM发生及浸润转移的关系。结果:3种组织中Kiss-1和MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.474和12.866,P<0.05);CMM组织中Kiss-1的表达低于交界痣及正常皮肤组织,而MMP-9的表达高于交界痣及正常皮肤组织(P<0.017)。CMM组织中Kiss-1及MMP-9的表达均与肿瘤的浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。CMM组织中Kiss-1与MMP-9的表达呈负关联(rP=-0.342,P=0.026)。结论:Kiss-1和MMP-9在CMM的发生发展中起重要作用。
Aim:To detect the expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM) tissue.Methods:The expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in 42 cases of CMM,20 cases of junctional nevus and 20 cases of normal skin specimens were detected by immunohistochemical SP technique.Results:The positive expression rates of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 among the 3 groups had significant difference(χ2 = 14.474,12.866,P 〈 0.05).The positive expression rate of Kiss-1 protein in CMM tissue was lower than those in junctional nevus and normal skin tissue(P 〈 0.017),but the positive expression rate of MMP-9 protein in CMM tissue was significantly higher than those in junctional nevus and normal skin tissue(P 〈 0.017).The expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in CMM tissue was related to the invasion depth of tumor and lymph node metastasis(P 〈0.05).The expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in CMM tissue was negatively associated(rP =-0.342,P =0.026).Conclusion:Kiss-1 and MMP-9 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of CMM.
