不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Sox2和Oct4蛋白的表达 被引量:5

Expressions of Sox2 and Oct4 proteins in different molecular subtypes of breast invasive intraductal cancer tissue

摘要 目的:探讨不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Sox2与Oct4蛋白的表达及意义。方法:根据癌组织ER、PR、HER-2的表达情况将120例乳腺浸润性导管癌分型为LuminalA45例、LuminalB29例、HER-2过表达27例和Basal-like19例。采用免疫组化SP法检测不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Sox2与Oct4蛋白的表达。结果:4种分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Sox2与Oct4蛋白的表达比较,差异有统计学意义(H=27.688和50.737,P<0.001);Basal-like型乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Sox2与Oct4蛋白的表达高于其他3种类型,LuminalA型低于其他3种类型(P<0.05)。乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Oct4与Sox2的表达相关(rS=0.506,P<0.001)。结论:肿瘤干细胞标志物Sox2与Oct4蛋白的表达可能与乳腺浸润性导管癌的生物学行为密切相关。 Aim:To investigate the expressions of tumor stem cell markers Sox2 and Oct4 in different molecular sub- types of breast invasive intraductal cancer. Methods :The expressions of Sox2 and Oct4 protein in 120 cases of breast inva- sive intraductal cancer ( Luminal A 45 cases, Luminal B 29 cases, HER-2 overexpression 27 cases, Basal-like 19 cases) tis- sues were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results:The positive expression rates of Sox2 and Oct4 protein a- mong the 4 groups had significant differences (H = 27. 688,50. 737, P 〈 0.001 ), which were much higher in Basal-like breast cancer tissue and much lower in Luminal A breast cancer tissue(P 〈 0.05 ). There was positive relationship between the expressions of Sox2 and Oct4 in breast invasive intraductal cancer tissue( r = 0. 506 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion : The ex- pressions of Sox2 and Oct4 are closely correlated with the clinical manifestations of molecular subtypes of breast invasive in- traductal cancer .
