全身骨显像与CT对儿童神经母细胞瘤骨转移的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较全身骨显像及CT对儿童神经母细胞瘤骨转移的诊断价值。方法:选取经病理、影像学检查或临床随访等证实合并有骨转移的56例神经母细胞瘤患儿,比较全身骨显像及CT诊断神经母细胞瘤骨转移的阳性率。结果:全身骨显像与CT诊断神经母细胞瘤患儿骨转移一致性差(kappa=0.231,P=0.007);全身骨显像与CT诊断骨转移阳性率分别为91.1%和57.1%。结论:两种方法均可诊断神经母细胞瘤骨转移,但全身骨显像的诊断效能优于CT。 Aim :To compare the value of whole body bone scan(WBS) and CT in diagnosing bone metastases of neuroblastoma in children. Methods:A total, of 56 children who were formerly confirmed as bone metastasis by pathology, video-imaging or clinical follow-up, performed WBS and CT,respectively. The positive rate of the two methods in diagno- sing bone metastases of neuroblastoma was compared. Results : Consistency of WBS and CT in diagnosing bone metastasis of neuroblastoma was poor(kappa =0. 231 ,P =0. 007) ,and the positive rate was 91. 1% and 57. 1% ,respectively. Conclusion :Bone metastasis of neuroblastoma can be diagnosed by both WBS and CT; diagnostic efficiency of WBS is higher than CT.
