Character of NDM-1 gene

目的:研究新德里金属β-酰胺酶(NDM-1)基因的特征,分析其可能的来源。方法:在美国生物信息中心(NCBI)检索NDM-1基因,使用Blast生物学软件对检索到的基因与GenBank进行比对。使用ClustalW2.0生物学软件,对5条NDM-1基因和30条各亚型β-内酰胺酶基因进行多序列比较。结果:在NCBI中检索到3条NDM-1基因,与GenBank比较后共发现9条基因序列与NDM-1基因同源性较高,其中2条为两株海洋细菌的部分基因序列(同源性达69%和70%)。选择5条NDM-1基因与30条β-内酰胺酶基因进行多序列比较,同源性均很低,在基因进化树上NDM-1基因与β-内酰胺酶基因位于不同分枝。结论:NDM-1基因并非来源于β-内酰胺酶基因,NDM-1基因可能与两株海洋细菌有一定的亲缘关系。

Aim：To study the character of New Delthi Metallo-beta-lactamase-1（NDM-1） gene.Methods：Blast bioinformation software was used to compare the genes retrieved from NCBI with＂NDM-1＂,and ClustalW2.0 bioinformation software was used for the comparison between five NDM-1 genes and 30 beta-lactamase genes.Results：There were nine higher homologous gene sequences with NDM-1 gene in GenBank,among which two marine bacteria with homology of 69% and 70%.The homologous score between 5 NDM-1 gene sequences and 30 beta-lactamase gene sequences was low（under 60%）,and NDM-1 gene sequences and beta-lactamase gene sequences were separately on different branch of gene evolution tree.Conclusion：NDM-1 gene might not come from beta-lactamase gene,which may come from two marine bacteria.
