应用FX60透析器对维持性血液透析患者中小分子溶质清除的影响 被引量:9

摘要 随着血液透析技术不断进步,尿毒症患者生存率逐年增加,但中、大分子毒素蓄积导致的相关并发症仍是影响血液透析患者长期存活的主要原因之一。临床血液透析治疗所用的大多为低通量透析器,没有清除中、大分子的能力。中、大分子毒素的清除主要靠血液透析滤过来进行。低通量血液透析器往往会造成透析液不适当分布,从而影响对毒素的清除。高通量血液透析器因其独特的结构和特殊的材料,增加了对中分子毒素的清除能力。作者对比了高通量血液透析和常规血液透析联合血液透析器往往会造成透析液不适当分布,从而影响对毒素的清除。高通量血液透析器因其独特的结构和特殊的材料,增加了对中分子毒素的清除能力。作者对比了高通量血液透析和常规血液透析联合血液透析滤过对维持性透析患者血清小分子溶质尿毒氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)以及中分子溶质B2微球蛋白(B2.MG)的清除效果,报道如下。
