重庆市鼠形动物体表寄生蚤与革螨种类及地理分布

Species and geographical distribution of fleas and gamasid mites on the rat-shape animals in Chongqing city

目的了解重庆市鼠形动物体表寄生蚤、革螨种类及其地理分布。方法用鼠笼法捕获活鼠,麻醉后梳检鼠体寄生蚤、革螨,进行分类鉴定,同时查阅相关文献资料。结果发现重庆市鼠形动物体表寄生蚤5科18属25种,革螨5科14属21种,并对其地理分布进行了描述。结论初步掌握了重庆市鼠形动物体表寄生蚤、革螨的种类及其地理分布,为开展鼠形动物体表寄生蚤、革螨及其传播的疾病的防控提供了科学依据。

Objective To investigate the species and geographical distribution of fleas and gamasid mites on the rat-shape animals in Chongqing city. Methods Catching rat-shape animals with cage and collecting the fleas and gamasid mites after the rat-shape animals being anaesthetized, bringing these vectors back to identify in laboratory. Moreover,looking up related documents and data. Results A total of 25 species of fleas belonging to 18 genera and 5 families ,21 species of gamasid mites belonging to 14 genera and 5 families were recorded in Chongqing city, and their geographical distribution in Chongqiug city were described too. Conclusion The species and geographical distribution of fleas and gamasid mites on the rat - shape animals in Chongqing city has been investigated preliminari- ly. The results will provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling fleas, gamasid mites on the rat-shape animals and prevent diseases born by the two kinds of vectors in Chongqing area. But the related investigations should be carried out deeply in the future.
