摘要
目的探讨团体心理辅导对提高高职新生师生关系、同伴关系的效果。方法选取两个平行班,分成实验组和控制组。实验组41人,做连续6次的团体心理辅导干预。控制组50人,不接受任何心理干预。用师生关系量表及人际关系综合诊断量表进行前后测。结果运用t检验对比实验效果,结果显示团体心理辅导对高职新生的师生关系(t=4.89,p<0.001)、同伴关系(t=-3.03,p<0.05)均有显著的干预效果。结论团体心理辅导是改善高职新生师生关系、同伴关系的有效形式。
Objective Investigate the effect of group counseling to improve the freshmen in, vocational teacher-student relationship, peer relationships. Methods Select two parallel classes, divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group (n=41), do six times in a row group counseling intervention. Control group (n=50), do not accept any psychological intervention. Measured before and after the teacher-student relationship scale and interpersonal Diagnostic Scale. Results Use of the t-test to contrast the experimental effects. The resultsshow that the group counseling freshmen in vocational teacher-student relationships, peer relationships were significant intervention effects. Conclusion Group counseling is to improve an effective form of freshmen in vocational teacher-student relations, peer relations.
