New political-economic analysis of new health care reform

运用新政治经济学谱系中的制度变迁理论、公共选择理论和委托代理理论,对新医改中的有关问题进行初步分析,探讨新医改中正确处理政府、市场与医疗部门之间关系的思路与方法,阐述了新政治经济学在医改中的应用与发展。

A primary analysis of the related problems in health care reforms of China was conducted, and appropriate ideas and approaches in correctly dealing with the relationships among government, market and health sector in new health reform were found out in view of institutional change theory, public choice theory and principal-agent theory in new political economics. At last, the application and development of new political economics in health reform implementation process was discussed.
