中国城市糖尿病低血糖症社会影响的定性研究

Social impact of living with hypoglycemia: a qualitative descriptive study in urban China

目的:从心理—社会—经济的角度来全面探讨糖尿病低血糖症对患者及其家庭产生的影响。方法:采用定性研究方法,针对经历过低血糖反应的糖尿病患者进行半结构式深入访谈,并采用扎根理论对结果进行分析。结果:研究发现,糖尿病低血糖症对患者产生的心理负担最为严重,易让患者产生紧张、焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等不良情绪。患者经历低血糖后,往往通过改变用药行为、疾病管理行为和生活方式来避免低血糖反应的再次发生。此外,低血糖降低了患者的社会参与度,影响患者家庭的生活,并增加了患者家庭的经济负担。结论:糖尿病低血糖症增加患者的心理负担,影响患者的生活方式,并给患者带来一定的经济负担。

Objective： To explore the psychological, social and economic impact of hypoglycemia in diabetes. Methods： A qualitative study design was used to interview the patients who had experienced severe hypoglycemie episedes by semi-structured in-depth interviews. The results were analyzed by grounded theory method and were described according to designed model. Results： Patients suffered from great psychological stress such as tension, anxiety, fear and depression after hypoglycemia. Most patients would change medication, disease management and daily life to avoid hypoglycemia relapse. In addition, hypoglycemia also affects patient daily life, family and economic status. Conclusion： Hypoglycemia increases psychological stress, affect patient lifestyle and adds to economic burden.
