摘要
采取了数据检索、现场调研等方法了解分析了上海目前社区卫生医疗机构中全科医生的现状以及家庭医生试点初期的不足,并提出政策建议。
Data retrieval, field research and other methods were used to analyze the current situation of general practitioners in community health care institutions and the deficiencies of the family doctor system experiment in the initial period. Policy recommendations for related departments were put forward as well.
