上海市医院伦理委员会评价指标体系的研究

Study on the Evaluation Index System of Hospital Ethics Committees in Shanghai

通过专家咨询和现场调查,课题组建立了上海市医院伦理委员会的评价指标体系,并对13所上海市公立医院伦理委员会进行了评价。研究显示,课题组拟定的评价指标体系具有良好的效度、信度和可操作性。建议上海市各区县中心医院应建立区域性的医学伦理委员会,为所在区域基层医疗机构提供生命伦理审查、咨询与培训。

After expert consultations and empirical study, the evaluation index system that was aimed to assess the Hospital Ethics Committees （HECs） in Shanghai was set up and was used to evaluate the HECs of thirteen public hospitals in Shanghai. The study showed that the evaluation indicators had good validity, reliability and practicability. It suggested regional HECs should be establishes in all the central hospitals of the districts or county in Shanghai in order to provide bioethical review, consultation and training for local medical institutions at lower levels.
