The System Construction and Some Enlightenment of Doctor-patient Relationship in Western Societies

在医患关系制度建设方面,我国与国外差别很大。具体表现在医患关系的定位、双方的权利和义务规范、医疗纠纷处理制度以及行业管理制度等方面。要缓解我国目前医患关系的矛盾,应借鉴国外的成功经验,加快医疗立法建设,完善现有的医疗服务规范,逐步解决制度层面的问题。

Building doctor-patient relationship institution in China is quite different from other countries. It can be shown in many aspects, such as orientation of doctor-patient relationship, the rights and obligations of the two parties, medical dis- pure management system, medical management system, and so on. In order to relieve the conflicts between doctors and pa- tients, we should draw experiences from the successful experiences of other countries, speed up the medical legislative building and improve existing healthcare service specification to resolve the system problems gradually.
