摘要
openEHR是一种开放的双模型健康档案标准,其核心在于将医疗领域知识从具体的临床信息中分离出来,并分别建立参考模型和原型模型,从而使不同系统间能实现语义层的互操作。主要介绍了openEHR规范及其两层建模方法,以对我国电子健康档案提供参考。
openEHR is an open electronic health record standard based on dual-model. Its core is that it can separate domain knowledge from the concrete clinical data and create the reference model and the archetype model, so that different systems can realize the semantic interoperabflity between each other. This paper mainly introduces openEHR and the method of developing dual-model, and provides reference for the electronic health record of our country.
