The concept of HCRM （Hospital Customer Relationship Management was shown in this paper, and the necessity and feasibility of constructing HCRM system in Chinese Medicine Hospitals were analyzed. The system architecture and the main function of HCRM system in Chinese Medicine Hospitals were expound, so as to provide an effective and feasible reference plan for Chinese Medicine Hospitals to construct HCRM system.
