Extraction and Application of Information in Semi-structured Medical Record Document

电子病历正在全国普及和发展,电子病历的信息量也在以惊人的速度迅猛增长,对其半结构化病历文档进行信息抽取具有十分重要意义。研究目的是加强非结构化病历文档理解,针对半结构化病历文档的特点,介绍一种信息抽取工具及其信息抽取流程,最后,以肿瘤病人信息抽取为案例进行实证应用研究。

In light of the popularization and development of electronic medical records nationwide and the rapid growth of the information, extracting information from semi-strnctured medical record documentation is of great significance and practical meaning. The aim of this article was to strength the understanding of unstructured medical documentation, and to give an introduction of information extraction tools and process in line with the characteristics of the semi-structure medical records documentation. Finally an empirical case study of extracting information from medical records of tumor patient was conducted.
