摘要
目的建立咳露口服液中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse CDB-C18;流动相:甲醇-0.6%磷酸水溶液(43:57);检测波长280nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:25℃;进样体积为20μl,外标法计算含量。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.19~0.57μg范围内与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为97.92%,RSD为2.37%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、准确,可用于控制咳露口服液中黄芩苷的含量。
Objective To establish the determination method of baicalin in Kelu Oral Solution.Methods The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC and was separated on C18column with methanol-0.6% phosphoric acid(43:57) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1,wavelengths of 280nm and injection volumn was 20 μl.Results The standard curve for baicalin linear in the range of 0.19~0.57 μg(r=0.9995,n=5).The average recovery was 97.92%,RSD为2.37%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Kelu Oral Solution.
