瑞舒伐他汀对高龄不稳定心绞痛患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白的影响

The Effects of Rosuvastatin on blood lipid and High Sensitive C-reaction in unstable angina patiens

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对高龄不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响及安全性。方法选择80例高龄不稳定心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组(常规治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀10mg,qd),于治疗前、治疗后4周、12周检测血脂、hs-CRP及肝肾功能。然后进行对比分析。结果治疗后4周TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP较对照组及治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),12周时仍进一步降低。结论瑞舒伐他汀显著改善高龄UA患者血脂及hs-CRP,且应用安全。

Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of rosuvastatin on blood lipid and high sensi-tive C-reacti0n protein（hs-CRP） in unstable angina（UA） patiens. Methods Eighty Aged patiens with UA were randonaly assigned to rosuvastatin treatment（ rosuvastatin 10 mg/d） group and control group. The blood lipid （TC, LDL-C, HDL-C,TG）, hs-CRP, ALT, Cr and CK from those two groups were detected before treatman and at the fourth week and twelfth week of treatmen. Results The TG, TC, LDL-C and hs-CRP of the rosuvastatin treatment group declined（P 〈 0. 01 ）and the HDL-C rose （P 〈0. 05 ） at the fourth week. And the change re-mained till the twelfth week. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can decrease blood lipid and hs-CRP effectively, and it is salty in the aged UA patients.
