摘要
目的探讨甲状腺钙化灶在甲状腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断中的价值。方法运用高频超声(7.5~10mHZ)对312例甲状腺病灶中钙化灶进行检查,根据甲状腺病灶内钙化灶形态,大小,位置以及回声性质诊断甲状腺病变性质。结果高频超声检出甲状腺病灶出现钙化灶312例中,经手术病理证实250例为甲状腺癌,癌变率约80.12%。结论高频超声对甲状腺钙化灶的检测在甲状腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断中有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of thyroid calcification in the differential diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant leions. Methods Using high-frequency ultrasound (7. 5 - 10 MHz) check of 312 cases of thyroid lesions, calcification, according to the form of calcification in thyroid lesions, size, location and nature of the echo the nature of the diagnosis of thyroid lesions. Results The high-frequency ultrasonic de- tection of thyroid lesions calcification in 312 cases, 250 cases of thyroid cancer, the cancer rate is about 80. 12% , confirmed by pathology. Conclusion The detection of high frequency ultrasound in thyroid calcifica-tion has important clinical value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant lesions.
