激素替代法和自然周期法进行冻融胚胎移植的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较激素替代法和自然周期法进行冻融胚胎移植的效果。方法回顾性分析200例冻融胚胎移植周期,比较两组周期取消率、移植日子宫内膜厚度、复苏胚胎数、优质胚胎率、移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率的差异。结果激素替代组和自然周期组移植日子宫内膜厚度、复苏胚胎数、优质胚胎率、移植胚胎数和临床妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),自然周期组周期取消率高于激素替代组(P<0.05)。结论在冻融胚胎移植周期中,采用激素替代法进行子宫内膜准备可以获得良好的临床结局。
