白血病化疗患者的临床护理体会

Chemotherapy of patients with leukemia clinical nursing experience

目的探讨白血病患者化疗期间的特点及护理措施。方法对64例白血病化疗患者给予心理护理、胃肠道反应护理、出血护理、不良反应的预防与护理、预防感染护理及出院指导等护理对策。结果经过治疗和对患者进行个性化护理64例患者均完成两个疗程化疗,其中59例完全缓解,5例死亡,总有效率92.2%。结论有效的预防及护理能够帮助患者顺利度过化疗期,能减少化疗期间并发症和毒副反应的发生率,降低白血病的病死率。
