目的探讨弹性排班在手术的合理应用。方法分析影响手术室工作效率的原因和护理人力资源配置的现状,以患者为中心,最大限度满足手术需要为原则。除护士长和手术室护理组长外,将其余的14人连同临床科分别分为2组,打破传统的每日三班的原则,由护士长在前1d中午将弹性排班公布。结果有效利用人力资源,做到24h开放手术、有效利用手术间资源、健全护理人员绩效考核制度,提高手术室工作效率。结论弹性排班在手术室护理人员是可行的,结果是满意的。

Objective Discussion on the reasonalohe application of fbexible scheduling operation. Methods Analysis on the cause of the operating room work efficiency and the present situation of nursing hu-man resource allocation to the patient as the center, to satisfy the operation needs for the principle. In addition to the head nurse and operating room care group leader outside, will the rest of the 14 people along with clinical families were divided into two groups, to break the traditional daily class three principles, by the Lead nurse in a day before noon scheduling flexibility will be released. Results Effective utilization of human resources, do 24 h open surgery, effective use of resources and improve the operation between the nursing staff performance appraisal system, improve the work efficiency of the operating room. Conclusion Scheduling flexibility in the overating room nursing staff is feasible, and the result is satisfactory.
