简述教师非言语亲密行为在教学中的影响及运用

摘要 本文以美国学者McCrosky&Richmond的研究成果——非言语亲密行为对学生的学习产生巨大影响为依据,通过回顾国外教师非言语亲密行为的运用对学生情感和认知学习方面的影响,中肯地提出如何运用教师非言语亲密行为改善师生关系并提高学生学习效率的建议:声音富于变化,调整音量、语速等,引起学生注意、提高其学习兴趣;加强目光接触,和学生进行目光的交流,以使教师及时了解学生的学习状况和需求;增加有效的肢体动作,保持一种放松的体位,或是边授课边在教室里走动,可使教师全面了解学生上课听讲状况,调整面部表情,提高学生对教师所传授信息的接受度。
