摘要
本文主要讨论了张锡纯对于肝气虚见证的阐述,肝虚不仅可引起气血运行的失常(疼痛、出血等),亦可以引起气的升降出入的失调(元气外脱、大气下陷等);并通过对张氏处方及难案的研究,认为张氏补肝主要有实脾即以理肝、通补并用及重用萸肉、黄芪的特点。
It discusses Mr. Zhang Xichun＇s view on hver Qi deficiency; live deficiency can cause abnormal function of Qi and blood （pain and bleeding, etc.）, also dysfunctional Qi going up and down（vitality losing and breath sinking）; with study on Mr. Zhang＇s fommlae and difficult cases, it views that his nourishing liver is featured with reinforcing spleen, i.e. clear up liver, use both reinforcing and stretching, centering on dogwood and Astragalus.
