血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment for Uremia Pruritus in Patients with Uremia by Combining Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis

[目的]观察血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。[方法]30例尿毒症伴有皮肤瘙痒的维持性血液透析患者,治疗8周后,观察患者皮肤瘙痒的改善情况,测定治疗前后血甲状旁腺激素(PTH)。[结果]与对照组相比,联合治疗后患者皮肤瘙痒症状明显改善(P<0.05),瘙痒评分和PTH值下降(P<0.05)。[结论]HP联合HD治疗能有效清除尿毒症毒素,改善维持性透析患者的皮肤瘙痒情况。

[Objective ]To observe the clinical effect of Hemoperfusion （HP） and Hemodialysis （HD） in treating uramia pruritus in patients with Uremia. [Methods] There are 30 maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia pruritus in this study. After a treatment period of 8 weeks, observe the improvement in uremia pruritus, measure the parathyroid hormone （PTH） before and after the treatment. [Results] Compared with the control group, the symptoms of the patients with combined therapy were much better. The level of pruritus and the value of PTH decrease. [ Conclusion ] The Therapy combining HP and HD can elitninate Uremic toxins effectively and improve the pruritus situation of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
