摘要
[目的]总结吴燕平诊疗药流后恶露不绝的学术观点和临床经验。[方法]从病因病机、用药体会、临床辨证方面论述吴燕平诊疗药流后恶露不绝的学术观点和临床经验,总结其在遣方用药方面的特色。[结果]本病的发病病机是血瘀、气虚、血热,根据以上病因病机,形成了祛瘀清热、益气填精为主的治则。[结论]吴燕平治疗药流后恶露不绝的经验临床上疗效颇丰,减轻了药流副作用,具有临床应用价值。
[Objective] To sum up Ms. Wu Yanping＇s scholar ideas and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating medical abortion lochiorrhea. [Method] It expounds her academic ideas and clinical experience from 3 aspects of pathogeny and mechanism, medication experience and clinical differ- entiation, and sums up her features on prescription. [Result] The mechanism is blood stasis, Qi deficiency and hot blood, forming the treating principle of removing stasis and hotness, tonifying Qi and essence. [ Conclusion ] Ms.Wu Yanping is rich in such experience, which reduces side effects of medical abortion, with clinical application value.
