芪冬活血饮对脂多糖诱导急性肺损伤大鼠血气分析的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨及分析芪冬活血饮对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导急性肺损伤(Acute lung injury,ALI)大鼠血气分析的影响。[方法]SD大鼠60只,随机分为6组,即生理盐水组(Normal Saline Group,NS组)、模型组(Model group,M组)、地塞米松组(DXM组)、芪冬活血饮组、大黄组、芪冬活血饮加大黄组,除生理盐水组采用气道内滴入生理盐水外,其余各组大鼠均气道内滴入脂多糖制备ALI模型,并分别应用相应药物进行干预。所有大鼠均在造模后24h处死采集动脉血,检测pH值、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及血氧分压(PaO2),并且HE染色观察肺组织损伤程度。[结果]芪冬活血饮可以减轻肺水肿及中性粒细胞浸润,改善酸中毒、降低PaCO2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);提高PaO2,但无明显差异,芪冬活血饮同大黄合用,脏腑同治,虽可以进一步提高PaO2、降低PaCO2及改善酸中毒,但同芪冬活血饮组比较,两者之间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]芪冬活血饮可以减轻ALI大鼠酸中毒,降低PaCO2及提高PaO2,改善肺组织病理学改变,但同大黄合用,在改善大鼠氧合功能方面协同作用不明显。 [Objectives] Investigate the effect of Qidong Huoxue Yin on arterial blood gases in rats with acute lung injury induced by LPS. [Methods] 60 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal sahne group (NS group), model group (M group), dexamethasone group (DXM group), QiDong Huoxue Yin group(Q group), rhubarb group(D group), QiDong Huoxue Yin plus Dahuang group(QD group). Acute lung injury in rats was induced by intranasal instillation of LPS. Intervention was given by intragastric administration at different time points before and after LPS induction, other All rats were sacrificed to get arterial blood which was used for detecting PH, partial pressure of carbon dioxide ( PaCO2 ) and partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2). [Results] QiDong Huoxue Yin can reduce pulmonary edema and neutrophil infiltration, improve acidosis, reduce PaCO2 with statistical meaning and increase PaO2 in ALI rat, although the increase is not significant. Moreover, a synergistic effect was observed when combined QiDong Huoxue Yin with rhubarb, though not significant. [Conclusion] Qidong Huoxue Yin can reduce acidosis and PaCO2, improve PaO2 and pulmonary histopatho- logical damage in acute lung injury rats, but no significant difference in improve oxygenation was seen when combined with rhubarb.
