1病例摘要
患者男，58岁，主因“间断喘息、咳嗽咳痰4年，加重2个月，意识不清2小时”于2010年12月16日11：25由急诊收住ICU。病史：患者4年前无明显诱因出现间断喘息，活动后加重，伴咳嗽咳痰，为黄色黏痰，偶见痰中血丝，无发热胸痛。
