摘要
目的探讨妊娠晚期合并丹毒的围产期干预措施及治疗。方法对2002年1月至2011年12月收治的12例妊娠合并丹毒患者的临床资料进行分析,提出注意事项及处理方法。结果 12例丹毒患者中,有10例患者伴发PLT增多现象,3例患者可疑下肢静脉血栓形成并给予预防性抗凝治疗,8例患者行剖宫产术,临床症状均得到有效控制,未出现孕产妇及新生儿严重并发症,治愈后无复发。结论妊娠晚期合并丹毒在抗感染治疗的同时,应动态监测PLT计数及凝血功能,预防下肢静脉血栓的形成。
Objective To investigate the intervention and treatment of late pregnancy complicated with erysipelas. Method We analyzed the clinical information of 12 cases of pregnancy complicated with erysipelas in our hospital since January 2002 to December 2011 o Result In 12 cases of pregnancy complicated with erysipelas, 10 cases with thrombocytosis phenomenon, 3 cases with suspected deep vein thrombosis and received prophylactic anticoagulant therapy, 8 patients adopted cesarean section, The patient＇ s clinical symptoms had been effectively controlled, did not appear maternal and neonatal severe complications. There was not recurrence. Conclusion In patients of late pregnancy complicated with erysipelas, we should not only use the anti-infection treatment, but monitor the platelet count and coagulation at the same time. We should preventing the formation of deep vein thrombosis.
