京唐公司管线钢KR法脱硫

摘要 研究了京唐公司采用KR法进行铁水预处理生产管线钢时的脱硫率及其影响因素。结果表明:随着初始硫含量的升高,脱硫剂用量增加,铁水预处理的脱硫率越大;在硫含量相同的情况下,铁水初始温度越高,喷吹速度增加,脱硫率越高。对京唐公司采用KR法进行铁水预处理操作时的生产数据分析知,处理后铁水中硫含量小于0.002%的炉次占总处理炉次的95%以上,可满足生产需求。 The desulphurization rate of KR which is a method of hot metal pretreatment in producing pipeline steel, and its influencing factors were studied. The result shows that:the major influence factors of the desulphurization rate are including the sulfur content, the desulfurizer addition amount, the injection speed and molten iron tempera- ture. The more the Initial sulfur content and the amount of desulfurizer, the greater the desulphurization rate of iron pretreatment. In the same of the initial sulfur content, the desulphurization rate increases when the injection speed and tie molten iron temperature increases. In all of the production data of KR,the percentage of furnace times ,which the sulfur content is less than 0. 002% ,is more than 90% ,they can meet the production requirements.
