摘要 在AOD转炉炼钢过程中,氧枪射流的行为对冶炼效果起着决定性的作用,研究氧枪射流的特性,可以为优化氧枪喷头和氧枪操作工艺提供理论基础。采用标准κ-ε双方程模型,分析了喷孔倾角对AOD转炉用氧枪射流特性的影响规律。结果表明,在相同的滞止压力(1.2Mpa)下,喷孔倾角减小,射流沿氧枪轴线方向的速度增大,在距喷孔不同距离横截面上动压的面积加权平均值的衰减速度降低。喷孔倾角增大,射流冲击半径增大。对110tAOD转炉,最优的喷孔倾角为9度到10度之间。 During A0D process, the behavior of the jet of oxygen lance plays a decisive role on metallurgical effect. Research on jet characteristics can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing design of oxygen lance nozzle and process parameters. The effect of inclination angle on jet characteristics of A0D converter was investigated by using standard κ-ε turbulence model. The results showed that the jet velocity along oxygen lance axis increased, decay rate of dynamic pressure area-weighted average values at different cross section decreased with the decrease of incli-nation angle, and the impact radius increased with the increasing of inclination angle under the same stagnation pressure (1.2MPa).
