摘要
介绍了软接触电磁连铸的发展过程,工作原理和普通连铸下保护渣熔融结构,从弯月面形状和保护渣动态压力两方面综合论述了软接触电磁连铸结晶器保护渣流入行为的研究进展,并提出了在该技术研究中还需进一步研究的关键问题。
The development of inflow behavior of flux in soft-contact mold was reviewed from meniscus shapes and flux dynamic pressure. The soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting process of development, working principle and under common continuous casting protective slag melt structure were introduced. It was put forward that the key problem need to be studied further.
