With the advancement of health care system reform,medical institutes must make strategic adjustment in time to convert hospitals from extensive and largescaled type to intensive and efficient type.It is necessary for hospitals to make systematic reform to survive. Health care system reform not only brings us the challenge but also the precious opportunities.We must adapt to health care system reform with positive attitude, precise foresight and all-in-one ideas, take action to change old beliefs and service model, take advantage of hospital systematic to utilize resources that once were thought to be futle or inefficient. Hospitals should place emphasis on quality and efficiency of medical service, which depend on human resources, technology, quality control and service advantage. In order to meet the increasing medical need of people, we should enhance comprehensive service competence, make proper orientation in society,employ taent resource and provide multiple level medical service to people. We should reinforce service consciousness, quality consciousness, responsibility consciousness and medical safety consciousness among medical staff,always put patients in the No.1 place, make efforts to cater to social and economic benefit, thus keep up with the development of our society. In the end,by emphasizing these points such as management consciousness, quality consciousness service consciousness and medical safety consciousness, we will pave our way to find new economic growth spot and develop in competition, provide strong support for the continuous and stable development of social economy.
