CD_(15)和PCNA在食管癌中的表达及相关性研究

Study on the Association of CD_(15) Antigen Expression with PCNA in Esophageal Carcinoma

目的：研究粒细胞相关抗原（ＣＤ１５）和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）表达与食管癌分级、浸润、转移和预后的关系，以及ＣＤ１５表达与ＰＣＮＡ表达的相互关系。方法：应用微波－ＳＰ免疫组化法，检测６５例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中ＣＤ１５和ＰＣＮＡ表达水平。结果：在食管癌中ＣＤ１５和ＰＣＮＡ表达阳性率分别为５８．５％和６９．２％。ＣＤ１５和ＰＣＮＡ表达均与肿瘤分级、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后相关。ＣＤ１５表达与ＰＣＮＡ表达呈正相关。结论：ＣＤ１５和ＰＣＮＡ是食管癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。食管癌ＣＤ１５和ＰＣＮＡ表达具有相互协同作用的可能。

Purpose: To study the association of CD15 antigen expression with PCNA in esophageal carcinoma. Methods: Microwave LSAB immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of CD 15 antigen and PCNA in 65 specimens of esophageal carcinoma. Res ults: The positive rates of CD15 antigen and PCNA was 58.5% and 62.9% respectively. The expression of CD15 antigen and PCNA wer e correlated with tumor grade, infiltration, lymph nodes metastasis and prognosis. The expression of CD15 antigen was positively correla ted with the expression of PCNA (r=0.45,P<0.005). Conclusi ons: CD15 antigen and PCNA is important to determine the degree of malignacy and prognosis, and predict lymph node metastasis of eso phageal carcinoma. There might be regulated interaction between CD15 and PCNA.
