大扶康眼膏的研制及临床疗效

PREPATATION OF DIFLUCAN OPHTHALMIC OINTMENT AND ITS CLINICAL EFFICACY

目的 :对大扶康眼膏的制备和质量控制方法进行研究 ,并观察其临床疗效。方法 :以一阶导数光谱法测定大扶康眼膏中大扶康的含量 ,并对 5 3例真菌性角膜溃疡患者进行临床观察。结果 :可以消除眼膏中其他物质对测定的干扰 ,平均回收率为 99.0 1% ,RSD为 0 .6 4% (n =4) ,临床总有效率为 77.4%。结论 :该制剂的制备工艺简便 ,检测方法快捷 ,结果准确 ,有临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE:Method for preparation and quality control of diflucan ophthalmic ointment was investigated and its clinical efficacy was observed.METHODS:The diflucan content in the ophthalmic ointment was determined by first order derivative spectrophotometer and its efficacy was observed in 53 patients with diagnosed fungal keratitis. RESULTS:In determination of diflucan, all the interference of ointment excipient can be eliminated by the method, with a recovery rate of 99.01% and a RSD of 0.64% ( n =4). A total effective rate of 77.4% was obtained in clinical trial. CONCLUSIONS:Diflucan ophthalmic ointment can be prepared by a simple process and its content can be conveniently determined with accurate results. It is a useful agent for treatment of keratitis.
