公信力是公众对政府行为的满意度与信任度,客观反映了政府的权威性、民主性和服务程度等,是政府获取公众信任的重要指针。我国政府公信力还是比较高的,但在当前网络环境下,监督和控制变得日益复杂而多变,网络上出现的一些新治理主体与政府竞争着公众信任,形成多中心治理局面。
