HPLC测定盐酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液中盐酸川芎嗪的含量

HPLC DETERMINATION OF LIGUSTRAZINE HCl IN INJECTION OF LIGUSTRAZINE HCl AND GLUCOSE

目的 :测定盐酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液中盐酸川芎嗪的含量。方法 :采用十八烷基键合硅胶柱 15 0mm×3.9mm ,甲醇∶水 (6 0∶40 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 96nm ,流速为 1.0ml/min。结果 :该法能较好地分离被测组分和有关杂质 ,线性关系良好 ,回收率高。结论 :该法专属性好 ,简捷、快速、准确 ,适用于该产品质量分析检测。

OBJECTIVES: HPLC method was adopted in determination of ligustrazine HCl in injection of ligustrazine HCl and glucose.METHODS: A stearyl bonded silica gel column (150 mm× 3.9 mm), a mobile phase of methanol∶H 2O=60∶40, and a UV detector of 296 nm were used in the analysis. RESULTS: The component determined and the related impurities could be separated well with a satisfactory linear range and recoveries. CONCLUSIONS: A specific, simple, rapid, accurate and suitable method is established for the quality control of the injection stated above.
