盲校学生与普通学校初中生心理健康比较研究 被引量:6

A comparative Study of the Mental Health between Students in Junior High Schools for the Blind and the Normal Junior High School Students

摘要 研究并比较盲生与初中生的心理健康现状与差异,为盲生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法使用SCL-90问卷采用随机抽样方法对山东省五所盲校155名在校盲生和三所初中436名学生进行问卷调查。结果(1)盲生在SCL-90的各因素上,存在显著的性别、家庭情况、父母文化程度的差异(p﹤0.05)。(2)初中生在SCL-90的各因素上,存在显著的性别、年级、独生子女、父母文化程度的差异(p﹤0.05)。(3)盲生在躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其他[(1.41±1.42)(1.97±1.54)(1.93±1.64)(1.79±1.62)(1.58±1.47)(1.68±1.62)(1.82±1.68)(1.65±1.52)(1.63±1.54)]等因子上的得分均显著高于初中生[(1.32±1.38)(1.77±1.55)(1.64±1.57)(1.52±1.54)(1.48±1.52)(1.44±1.48)(1.48±1.54)(1.42±1.44)(1.49±1.51)],差异具有显著性(p﹤0.05)。结论盲生与初中生的心理健康各因素存在显著差异。 To study and compare the present situation of and the difference in mental health between students in junior high schools for the blind and normal junior high school students, and provide basis for the construction of education mode for the mental health of the blind students. Methods: By random sampling method, using SCL- 90 questionnaire to investigate the 155 blind students in five blind schools and 436 normal junior high school students in three junior high schools in Shandong Province. Results ( 1 ) The blind students had shown significant differences in many aspects of SCL - 90 such as gender, family economic status and parents' education degree(p 〈 0.05). (2) The normal junior high school stodents had shown significant differences in many aspects of SCL - 90 such as gender, grade, the only child and parents' education degree ( p 〈 0. 05 ). (3) Blind students got significantly higher scores [ ( 1.41 ± 1.42) ( 1.97 ± 1.54) ( 1.93 ± 1.64) ( 1.79 ±1.62)(1.58±1.47)(1.68±1.62)(1.82±1.68)(1.65 ±1.52)(1.63 ±l.54)]than normal junior high school students [ ( 1.32 ± 1.38 ) ( 1.77 ± 1.55 ) ( 1.64 ± 1.57) ( 1.52 ± 1.54) ( 1.48 ± 1.52 ) ( 1.44 ± 1. 48) ( 1.48 ± 1.54) ( 1.42 ± 1.44 ) ( 1.49 ± 1.51 ) ] in somatization, obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, photid ideation, illiberal, psyehoticism and Other aspects(p 〈 0.05). Conclusion There exists a significant difference between the blind students and the normal junior high school students in the different aspects of mental health.
